The project is a feature film about two young people - Frank and Nikki - who meet and change each other's lives forever.

Due to the economic downturn and other unfortunate occurrences, I have been unable to obtain funding. I need to raise £30,000 to fund this film. The money will go towards:

*Hiring equipment to film the film
*Booking accommodation for the cast/crew
*Hiring locations to film the film
*Paying for travel expenses incurred
*Creating DVD copies of the film along with cases
*Sending the film off to film festivals
*Holding a premier event after filming

Everyone who contributes, regardless of amount, will receive credit in the film!

The Auditions

Sorting out anything is hectic for me. Sorting over 100 people into audition days? Tough is an understatement although I'm finding I'm enjoying it. The first round of face-to-face auditions are coming up THIS weekend! The days for auditions are: Saturday 10th December Sunday 11th December Saturday 17th December Sunday 18th December Saturday 7th January Sunday 8th January Saturday 14th January Sunday 15th January Saturday 21st January Sunday 22nd January I've already done three days of Skype auditions for those who couldn't physically turn up to auditions. It's been pleasant to meet the actors. The hardest part is they all seem so keen to audition and be a part of the process. I know I'll have to reject people I like which I hate but it's the way it goes - there are only so many roles up for grabs. Only time will tell what the rest of the auditions will be like!
