I would like support from you to invest in me, so I can begin my career in making bespoke handmade shoes for women in England. I've done my course, I've got my designs, I've made my contacts and I've put together my mock up shoes. I now need investment to enable me to put my collection together. I'll be able to take my shoes to buyers and if they're interested, they'll buy and stock them.. 2 suppliers means I can apply to London Fashion Week. Making shoes in England used to be one of the things we were famous for, nowadays it's all about keeping down the costs and making more profit, so we outsource - I want to be a part of the future of keeping the small trade left alive in England.

My Funding Campaign
Posted on 06/12/2010Hi I've started my campaign for my funding and so far have emailed about 200 friends and family (thank heavens for facebook) and have managed to get myself a story about it in a local magazine in January. Here's hoping at least one of them backs me!! I'm still working on getting some more press coverage with the help of my friend who is writing my press releases for me, so watch this space ... x
